You can try the util_clock utc_clock located at C:\ti\simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_6_20_00_29\source\ti\common\time. Before you use this you need to update the time from smart phone or manually if you prefer. If a device reset happens you need to update the time again.
