CC2642R: How does a 32kHz crystal generate a 10us clock for TI-RTOS clock module?

Part Number: CC2642R
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSBIOS

Hi team,

I'm curious about the clock source for the clock module in TI-RTOS. From the document I read the TI-RTOS clock module uses RTC by default, which is sourced by the 32kHz crystal or RC oscillator. But the 32kHz crystal is not enough to generate the 10us clock tick which is used by CC13xx/26xx (10us is corresponding to 100kHz).

How does the 32kHz crystal generate the 10us clock tick? Is there a PLL or something to generate this clock from hardware?

Best regards,

Shuyang
