There is a software migration guide to help porting software from CC254x to CC23xx included in the User's Guide. (see <SDK>/docs/ble5stack/ble_user_guide/html/ble-stack-5.x-guide/migration-cc23xx.html)

Hi,

The CC23xx SDK and collateral is not publicly yet available.

The documentation I was referring to is included in the SDK (available in the MySecureRepository). Please make sure to use the latest SDK version available (6.40).
