CC2340R52E0RKP : device programming error

SDK Used : simplelink_cc23xx_sdk_6_40_00_21_eng

First time device programmed successfully , but for second time it gives error in both CCS and Uniflash Programming Tool 

error message print on screen :

CS_DAP_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -614 @ 0x0) The target indicates there is an error condition from a previous SWD request.

Clear the error the condition, and try the SWD request again. (Emulation package 9.2.1.00046)

    Hi pooja,

    Did you follow all setup instructions from <sdk_directory>\docs\ble5stack\ble_user_guide\quickstart-guide.html including "Flash a blank device" for either CCS or Uniflash?  Have you modified the CCFG in any way, and are you using the LP-XDS110ET + LP-EM-CC2340R5 hardware?  Is the CC2340R52E0RKP device PG1.0 or PG2.0 (if you don't know this, then when was the part ordered and received)?  Please try to Erase Flash and determine whether that improves the behavior.  Please evaluate using the newest SDK as well.
