LAUNCHXL-CC1352P: Packet sniffer 2: error sending message, msg CfgPhy, problem unknown

Hi Luigi,

First, do not have PuTTY open while Sniffer Agent is running. The applications cannot share a serial port.

Secondly, have you flashed the correct firmware to your device? It should be located under C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\SmartRF Tools\SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2\sniffer_fw\bin\cc1352p1lp\sniffer_fw.hex

I checked both:
1) with Putty open
2) without Putty open
the result is the same with bot Launchpad
Yes, the firmware I downloaded is exactly what you indicated above

fyi, I checked a different configuration like IEE 802.15.4g - GFSK - 915MHz - Freq Band and really it seems to run. So, by curiosity, I checked all available configurations and found the problem might be related to 2.4GHz band: really, all bands but 2.4GHz seems to behave correctly, but when I select BLE or ZigBee the error arises.
