CC2340R5: UNIFLASH not automatically detecting CC2340 device

Hello, we have a customer that is using uniflash with a CC2340 device. However, it seems that uniflash is not automatically detecting the device as it should. Are there any steps to make this work?

Hello James,

Please have the customer confirm that they are using Uniflash 8.3 with a Rev B (PG2.0) CC2340 device on a LP-EM-CC2340R5 connected to the PC with a LP-XDS110ET. Then determine whether the device can be programmed after the configuration is manually selected. The LP-XDS110ET will support many upcoming LP-EM-* platforms so automatic selection should not be relied upon.
