We built a stable project, but accidentally found that in some situations, mobile phones cannot connect to CC2640R2F and cannot obtain service characteristic values, while CC2640 broadcasting normally. This issue should not be related to the phone model, as many different phone models have been tried in the scenario where the problem occurred. In addition, the program ran normally on other boards.
The probability of the problem occurring is very low, and since reset may no longer reproduce the problem, we did not perform any reboots. What are the possible reasons for this type of problem, or what methods can help locate the problem? Any suggestion is quite helpful.
