CC2642R-Q1: encryption request handling

I have a couple of questions:

1. What is the SDK version?
2. Is GAPBongMgr being used?

This is typically handled by GAPBondmgr. If you'd like to check the pairing status, this can be done by registering a callback using GAP_RegisterBondMgrCBs(), and registering the pfnPairStateCB_t callback.

Hi Nima,

SDK version is 5.40 and yes the GapBondMgr is used.

I know bond manager handle these, just want to check is there a way for me to see the status, not only pairing status, but questions like:

1. is CC2642 receiving a pairing request?

2. What is CC2642 doing with the request

Do you have more docs on GAP_RegisterBondMgrCBs()? seems this is highly related to my question

The callback in my previous response will trigger when there is a change in the pairing state. You can see the various GAPBondMgr state events here.

what about encryption request? I mean for example a bonded device will directly send encryption request. I cant find related state events in the APi you mentioned
