LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2: How to use IDAC for generating programmable current

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2640, CC2640R2F

Hello,

For a while, I have been trying to read voltage from ADC on Launchpad and transfer it to the phone via bluetooth. I was able to do this by referencing the simpleperipheral.c and adcsinglechannel.c files. I also want to generate an adjustable constant DC current using IDAC (like images that I attached, I take this images from this link community.silabs.com/.../generating-voltage-using-current-mode-dac-idac-x. Is that possible with CC2640R2? If it is possible, can you share link about this topic ? I search on the resource explorer and TI's E2E forum but I could not find anything about it.

And also in the datasheet there is a section about programmable current source.( I also attached the screenshot about that section) Is there any relationship between programmable current source and IDAC?

And if there is any other way to generate programmable DC current, I am open for the other ideas.

Best Regards,
