CC2340R5: How to use UniFlash to do certain actions on CC2340R5?

We are working on migrating an old project from CC2640R2F to CC2340R5.

In our production test, we used to do some certain actions through flash programmer to CC2640R2F.

As below:

Is it possible to use UniFlash to do the same actions on CC2340R5?

Or shall we keep using flash programmer for CC2340R5?

Including loading FW, read/write BLE MAC address.
