I wanna know if CC2340R5 has high current output ports which supports current> 20mA and if so, how many ports it has.

Hi,

Although not entirely clear, the table 8.19.4.1 of the CC2340R5 datasheet shows two characterization datapoints for the GPIO pins - the high-drive pins are characterized at 10 mA of load.
