Hello,

I'w working on power loss protected wired firmware upgrade that uses some key principles of OAD. It is not clear how is done switching from one independent piece of firmware to another: it looks like the function jumpToPrgEntry is used for start from different locations, How interrupt vector Tables are switched from one piece of firmware to another: this function makes JUMP not pure RESET?

Hello Alex,

Please refer to the BIM and Flash Layout sections of the BLE5-Stack User's Guide. Basically the application sets the entry point to the BIM reset interrupt vector, and after the BIM application runs and determines the correct image to operate from then it will jump back to the main application's reset handler address stored in the app interrupt vector table.
