What is main difference between the BLE CC2340R52E0RKPR   and CC2541F256RHAR in terms of electrical specification or other?

    Hi Kinson,

    The radio current consumption as well as the active mode current differ.

    Also the balun is integrated to CC2340 and BOM costs can be reduced. 

    CC2340 supports more BLE features.

    Please have a look into both data sheets to compare both chipsets to compare the features you are interested in.
