  • Hi Sandeep,

Are you using a TI LaunchPad EVM or custom hardware?  Have you tried programming a basic, non-BLE example or attempted to use Smart RF Flash Programmer or UniFlash to program a binary image to the device?  This error typically indicates that either the CCFG has locked the JTAG interface or an instability in the XDS110 connection.  Please refer to similar E2E threads.

    Ryan

  • Its custom board

    1)

i havent found any non ble example for cc26xx SDK => ble_sdk_2_02_07_06

i tried with simpleperipheral example ==>C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_07_06\examples\cc2650em\simple_peripheral

    2) how to binary image or where can i find binary image?

    3) i gone through the forum quetion all thread saying almost mass erase but it didnt worked

4)if possible can you check below debugger configuration in IAR IDE is it correction or not??

  • Can you try evaluating the simple_peripheral example with a CC2650 LaunchPad?  Are you programming with an external XDS device?  Have you ever successfully programmed your custom hardware before, and have you submitted your design to SIMPLELINK-2-4GHZ-DESIGN-REVIEWS for further review?  Currently I suspect you are encountering a HW issue.  Your images display the default TI XDS interface for IAR and no further changes should be required.  The recommended version of IAR supported by BLE-STACK 2.X is EWARM 7.80.4 as stated in the Release Notes.  I don't know if this will affect your interface behavior.  You can contact IAR support for further assistance regarding their IDE.
