For CC26x2 Launchpad, there is no DLL for direct use available.

In <ccs_install_dir>\ccs\ccs_base\emulation\analysis\bin, there is "energytracestandalone.dll" which is used by "stune" together with other internal emulator drivers. We do not have any documentation for how to use the DLL.

Ok. But if the DLL is used by "stune" and the source code is available it should be possible to get the commands which are used... Is it not possible to get the source code for "stune"?

You want to know how stune works? Why it took 5 sec to capture 1 sec of data?

Yes it would be interesting why it takes so long. Is it not possible to get the source files to understand how it works? Maybe it can be improved.

I've found also some DLL's (energytracestandalone.dll, MSP430.dll). Is there any documentation available?

We typically do not provide the source code for stune or the DLLs. As for why there is a 5 second overhead, I will let Bruce answer that one.

It's also ok to have a documentation how to use the DLL's ;-).

The MSP430.dll can only be used for MSP430 right? And not for e.g. LP-CC2652?

msp430.dll is typically used for MSP430 debug, though it is possible there is some functionality that is shared. This dll comes from the MSP430 team and not the CCS debugger team.

We do not have any public documentation specifically for the DLLs. What is your specific interest in obtaining them? Are you looking to create your own applications that use them?

Yes, I want to build my own application and use a LaunchPad to program and measure current/power. With stune it takes to long. Therefore I'm looking for a DLL to improve this. Is there no possibility to give it only to me ;-)? I can give you more infos about the project if you would like.

Unfortunately we are unable to share any (internal) documentation/source for the DLLs. It was never meant for public consumption.

Please work with your local TI representative to make a formal request for this. That way your request can be escalated through the proper channel.
