Understood it is big variations vs. the VDDS based on this ticket. https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/bluetooth-group/bluetooth/f/bluetooth-forum/520180/pullup-and-pulldown-on-cc2650

is the value changes across chips and temperature? is there max/min value?

the pull current vs. VDDS? customer uses 3V, is there the pull number? this is not listed in datasheet. only has 1.8 and 3.8V.

    1. No, the pull up / pull down current is not specified with a min or max value for this part, only the typical value.

    2. I expect that there could be some minimal part to part variation and very little variation over temperature. If customers need more precision I would recommend using external pull resistors.

    3. While I don't have data for 3.0V if the customer wants to estimate then the could do a linear interpolation between the 1.8 and 3.8V values.
