I am currently using the simple peripheral example SDK 7.10.01.24 but I having problems advertising a service UUID during advertisement. The goal is for a mobile device to scan and filter based on advertised Service UUID. I have modified settings in sysconfig of the parameter in the advertisement set 1 & 2 with no success. How do I broadcast a service UUID during advertisement

Hi Corey,

By picking "Complete List of 128-bit UUIDs" instead of the other one, I can see the UUID being advertised, as seen on that screenshot of our Packet Sniffer 2:

I have installed Packet Sniffer 2 and wireshark and have data being sent to Wireshark. Can you tell me how to get the the correct data dissection selected in order to visualize the data like you have it show. I have the plugins installed as well

Hi Corey,

The data should come up already dissected. I personally use Wireshark 4.0.3 with the plugin provided in the Packet Sniffer 2 install.

Can you show me what you are seeing in your own Wireshark?
