LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2: Using launchpad-cc2640r2 board and TIDA-01580 for ECG and pulse detection

Hi Team，

I used the launchpad-cc2640r2 board and TIDA-01580 for ECG and pulse detection.

After successfully installing ccs10.4.0, I did not open the software. After successfully installing TIDA-01580application, I used labview2016 to generate an exe from the vi file named TIDA-01580application.

When running the executable file, the error message in the picture appears:

The launchpad has been correctly connected to TIDA-01580,

the application in ccs has been successfully downloaded to the board,

the simplelink-cc2640r2-sdk firmware has been correctly installed,

the labview and java runtime engines have been correctly installed,

and the ccs and java runtime engines have been reinstalled. labview, the problem is still not solved.

Hi, I got a response from software team on this and here is the feedback:

This one looks like XDS is not getting opened. Are all installed versions 32 bits? JRE, Labview run time engine, CCS?

Hi, all installed versions are 32 bit. The TIDA-01580 board has been programmed with XDS110. The launchpad-cc2640r2 can be programmed with CCS, but it prompts when operating with the TIDA-01580 software.

Advanced filtering is disabled in the Run Time Engine

Check if the Launchpad is connected properly

Check if .out is in the correct location.

launchpad-cc2640r2 can use CCS to burn programs. This can be inferred that there is no problem with the launchpad-cc2640r2 development board. .out is generated using CCS files. However, the TIDA-01580 software cannot recognize the launchpad-cc2640r2 development board and .out file. May I ask why? What separate settings does this software require to run normally?
