CC2650: Programming failure

Hi,

I'm on our production line with our new product.

I have 2 devices which failed to be programmed (via dslite and UNIFLASH).

I get the following error:

[ERROR] Cortex_M3_0: File Loader: Memory write failed: Timed out waiting for target flashloader to execute command! (Block 0)

When trying FLASH Programmer 2 it seems OK but the program in not really loaded.

Please assist.t

    Hi Itay,

    Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are experiencing such issue on the production line.

    I have seen this issue before being caused by a malfunctioning USB connection between the XDS110 and the host-computer.

    To help narrowing down the possible root causes, may I kindly ask you to do the following?

    - can you try to perform a mass erase of the device? (even if it has an empty flash)

    - can you try to flash the device with an other computer?

    - can you try to interface the device with SmartRF Studio?

    - can you try lowering the JTAG speed?

    Hi,

    At the end it was a battery issue.

    The battery was not connected well. After fixing that, the programming went well.
