Hi team,
May I know how much is the temperature variation of battery monitor function
Is there any document that shows how much error there is due to temperature effects regarding the Battery monitor function?
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto

Hi Shunsuke,
The answer is the same as this related E2E thread: https://e2e.ti.com/f/1/t/1314538
Please see Chapter 14 of the TRM and Section 8.7 of the Datasheet. The battery monitor measures both voltage and temperature of the device, and has an accuracy of 30 mV at nominal conditions, however you should expect minor variation across temperature.

Hi Ryan-san,
Thank you for the reply. May I know the minor variation across temperature if possible?

Hi Ryan-san,
Thank you for the reply. May I know the current consumption of battery monitor functio as well?
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto
Hi Shunsuke-san,
As part of the always-on power domain (AON PD), the battery monitor function current consumption is enveloped by total power consumption for the device in its current operating power mode.

Ryan
Hi Ryan-san,
Thank you for the reply.
In the TRM, "The battery monitor function uses 7-bit SAR-like ADC" is stated. So could you please check if we have the power consumption data and temperature variant of this ADC?

Shunsuke Yamamoto
