Hello ilanchezhian Thingalkodi,
I hope you are doing well. Are you able to read any voltage on the 3 V or 5 V lines (this will confirm if the board is getting power or not). If the board detected at all by the device manager something like the below image.
From the image you included the XDS seems be having some issue, I assume it may have to do with the software needing to be updated (which would normally be updated once you connect it to your computer with CCS).
Could you try UniFlash and see if that prompts you with a different error?
