Team,
The VQFN(40) package has an RFGND pin (pin 40).
The VQFN(24) package does not have an RFGND pin. Pin 23 is the GND pin.
My customer wants to use VQFN(24) package and is confused how pin 23 is supposed to be connected.
Why is there no RFGND pin on the VQFN(24) package?
Do we have an EVM for the VQFN(24) package?
The design files would be very helpful!

Hi Franziskus,
RF Ground is provided by the exposed ground pad on the bottom of the device. There's no special provision for connecting RF GND vs GND. Just make sure that the footprint guideline is followed and that all vias are placed to the solid ground plane beneath the device. For example:
