CC2642 calls reset api(SysCtrlSystemReset), occasionally stuck, even the watchdog can not reset the program。Invoke the api（SysCtrlSystemReset） in task 。

the device full part number
when you say "occasionally stuck"
- do you manage to reproduce the same when the debugger is disconnected?
- do you manage to reproduce the same with TI Launchpad?
- how often do you manage to reproduce?
have you tried reproducing with a newer SDK version?
