Dear Technical Team,

Greetings!

Please support to solve the passkey generation issue explained in detail below,

While trying to establish bluetooth connection, Passkey is not generated.(After some successful pairing and Unpairing iterations).

Even though switch off/on the BLE module as well as our ECU the issue was not getting recovered.

The issue has been recovered (Passkey Generation) only after re-flashing the BLE module.

Please let me know, what are the possible causes for such kind of issue to solve it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm which device you are using and SDK? Are you using the CC2640 or the CC2640R2? Could you also provide the SDK version?

    To clarify, does the key pairing work the first time (after a device is erased and re-flashed)? If so, then could you specify if you have bonding enabled?
