CC2340R5: Flashing with xds110 using standalone command line

I am using uniflash software to upload file in cc2340r5 device by using xds110 programmer.

I am following the below steps.

I am able to do the programming with uniflash software.

i have also did same programming with standalone command line .

but after erasing  the memory i am able to do programming with uniflash software but not with standalone command line.

.why this is happening
