my customer wants to verify the sensitivity of CC2340R5 by using LP-EM-CC2340R5.
Can they put XDS110-ET + LP-EM-CC2340R5 in shielding box together? Or how can they get the data as datasheet?

Customer wants to reproduce the IC performance first. Then they can use the same way to test their board and make sure the performance not far away.
so, you would suggest using UART connect with board and put them into shielding chamber.
also remove CA2 and put 15pf on CA1. so, they can connect the SMA cable to equipment.
my understanding is correct, right?

That is correct, sensitivity measurements should be done with the conducted path. The conducted path is selected with CA1/CA2.
