CC2340R5-Q1: Power consumption at power-on

Part Number: CC2340R5-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP-EM-CC2340R5

Hi, TI Team

After powering the LP-EM-CC2340R5, the charge current? shown in the image was observed.

The image shows operation at -40°C and 3 V.

This current is particularly noticeable at low temperatures and it takes longer for the current to subside.

Our application is intended to be powered by a coin cell battery, and we do not want this kind of current to occur many times, so

-What is the mechanism of this current?
-What are the reasons why this current becomes apparent at low temperatures?
-Is there a case in which this current is expected to occur many times after power-on?
-What methods, if any, can be used to reduce this current?

sdk:simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_7_20_01_10
project:basic-ble
change the following:
-LF Clock Source:LF RCOSC
-Primary PHY Interval:5000ms

Regards.
