CC2640R2F: last section CCFG write protection, how to disable the protection or erase?

If the JTAG has not been disabled then the customer can force a mass erase through the WUC TAP's CHIP_ERASE_REQ command.  This feature is made available in both Flash Programmer 2 and Uniflash tools.  If this also fails then please have the customer provide screenshots of the error message.
