Hi team,
May I know the core current consumption in shutdown mode when VDD is 2.2V? it stated in the datasheet is when VDD is 3.0V. Or are there any ways to calculate?

Hi Shunsuke-san,
The current draw at 2.2V can be approximated from the fact that the power draw is designed to be constant regardless of voltage. If the shutdown mode power draw is 3V x 150nA = 450nA, then current draw at 2.2V is approximately 204.55nA. A measurement must be done if you want a more precise answer.

Hi Bun-san,
Thank you for the reply. In my understanding, When the power supply is 3V, the shutdown current would be 150nA. But it is not true?

Could you clarify with what you mean by the shutdown current = 150nA not being true?
