Hi
If we enable this, will this be suitable for around 70 degree temperature enviorment?
And can we save 2 CL capacitors for 48M ? Then just use below setting with proper value in around 70 degree temperature enviorment?
Thanks.

Hi Aichi,
I would recommend you to use an external crystal as the LF clock source. If using the internal LF RCOSC, the device cannot be used in all modes of operation. In addition, in short periods of time the device will have reduced data throughput and increased power consumption and it will be worse in higher temperatures compared to room temperature. This is documented in the Errata https://www.ti.com/lit/er/swrz136/swrz136.pdf.
When it comes to your second question, yes you can use 48MHz crystal with the internal caparray. When you have manufactured your board, you have to find the proper caparray values for your design.
