CC2340R5: Can we launch CCS Debug without flashing program?

Dear TI,

Can I run Debug mode without flashing any program (as well as erase chip)? Does Debug configuration support any setting that allow us to disable this step?

My CCS Studio Version :

Version: 12.6.0.00008
