CC2340R5: Update SDK version but I can not Debug

To better understand the situation could you please confirm if you have encountered this issue after trying to migrate a project from using 7_10_00_35 SDK to 7_40_00_64 SDK?

I would suggest taking a look at out Porting and Migration Guides.

Are you running an out of the box example from the SDK or is it a costume code?

I try to use SDK version of simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_7_40_00_64 , but I debug basic_ble_LP_EM_CC2340R5_freertos_ticlang , then into RCL 

Is it because my CCS version is too old? my CCS version is 12.2.0.00009

I would suggest updating the CCS version first, based on the Dependencies description inside the release notes of the SDK version you are using.
