You also need the PACKET-SNIFFER-2 (PACKET-SNIFFER Calculation tool | TI.com) Tool which require an export approval.

Im using CC2340R5, with this EVB how can i use Packet sniffer?

Hi,

The CC2340 EVM cannot be configured as sniffer. You can instead use a LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 , LP-CC2652R7, or LAUNCHXL-CC1352R1.

Using the EVM mentioned allows to track Bluetooth LE compliant traffic, including traffic from/to a CC2340.
