CC2640R2F: Btool RF testing command sequense confirm?

And we know there is a document to show how to use Btool:

Will it also works on latest SDK?

So we want to test btool, could you help to confirm below command sequense?

And which one is used to termate testing? We got confused.

a. HCI_LE_TestEnd (How to Do RF Radio Test With Your Bluetooth Product (page 8))

b. HCI_EXT_EndModemTestCmd (TI BLE-Stack for Bluetooth 4.2 API Documentation  ( search HCI_EXT_ModemTestRxCmd))
