LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: CC2642R1 BLE OAD : simplelink starter app ios, the app success but not the expected image

Trying to do OAD using the simplelink starter app ios, the app success but not the expected image.

Here is the steps to reproduce

1) Frist I use uniflash to load the bim_onchip and the project_zero images SDK(SDK7.40.00.77) examples 

2) Use the latest iphone SimpleLink Starter App to scan and connect the project zero device

3) I renamed the device to Project Zero123 and compile to create another image called  "project_zero123_CC26X2R1_LAUNCHXL_tirtos7_ticlang_oad"

4) Then do the FW update in SimpleLink Starter AppSelect FW update and load the project_zero123_CC26X2R1_LAUNCHXL_tirtos7_ticlang_oad image from local

5) The OAD said it is completed 

6) Reboot the device, it is still the Project Zero instead of Project Zero123!!!!!

Seems it doesn't updated the FW at all....
