CC2541: "LOCK_STATUS" stays grey in SmartRF Studio during TX and RX

Hello,

I am using the smartRF studio 7 for test CC2541. plan to use this APP to control C2541 to send RF signal to the test device.

I use SMA cable to replace the antenna, in order to connect to test device. the SMA cable connect to CC2541 is correct and checked by other BLE module.

currently the APP can identify the CC2541 and then start the TX command, but there is no RF signal been monitored.

the "lock_status" is grey. what happen and how can I correct it.

before the test, this demo board can be used to communicate with smart phone, and it works very well.

Could you please specify the version number of SmartRF Studio 7?

Also, could you please provide some screenshots showing the issue?

there is the screenshot for issue. APP version is 2.30.0

If it does not solve the issue, please run the following tests:

- Test again if the board works for BLE operations

- Test if you manage to set the device in continuous Rx mode with SmartRF Studio

- Test if you manage to set the device in packet Tx mode with SmartRF Studio

- Test if other boards have the same issue
