Hello Team,

My customer find the end customer machine was failed, thay find the chip CC2640 PIN28 was not controlled,

Always keep 3.3v when power up.

what some reasons for this abnormal, how we should do to prevent this abnormal?

Have you seen this behavior on other boards?

It could be an ESD issue on that pin.

Hi,

The pin28 routing looks ok.

Is there a ground on layer 2 under the device (CC2640)?

Also, we do not recommend the long differential RF traces (yellow) going into the balun, but this should not contribute to the at hand.
