for the 48MHz HFCLK, may I know the accuracy spec? the SDK spec is +-50ppm is this valid? also, does the CC2340 support HFXT tuning, how can we do that?

The clock specification of the HF clock is detailed in the CC2340R5 datasheet in section 8.18.3.1 48 MHz Crystal Oscillator. The datasheet may be found below:

Information regarding the accuracy of the high speed clocks may be found in the 3.2.1 24-MHz and 48-MHz Crystal section of the Crystal Oscillator and Crystal Selection for the CC13xx, CC26xx, and CC23xx Family of Wireless MCUs app note. RF Temperature compensation may be customized through the use of SysConfig in an application project.
