LP-EM-CC2340R5: Facing problem in setting the TX power for CC2340R5

I have tried setting the TX power for BLE, In the default value there is only option that is HCI_EXT_TX_POWER_0_DBM, Is it possible to set it to other than 0 value, I want to make it configurable

Please suggest the solution. I'm using basic_ble_oad example firmware.
