Yes, please see the Bluetooth Core Specification v5.3 Vol. 3 Part H Section 2.4.2.5, 2.4.2.4, and 2.3.5.7 for more information on how the keys are derived depending on the transport used.

Please refrain from making multiple threads on the same question. A quick clarification, while the spec says that CTKD may be supported with Bluetooth LE devices, CTKD is not supported on the device thus the vulnerability does not apply.
