Update:
If I remove some part of code inside, it seems, now I am able to place a break point here. What can be reason for this?

Dear support team,
Within process GAP events API, I correctly receive event for LINK established.
However, I could not see this event within event handler function. (I had been getting this event correctly before but not now)
And I can not place breakpoint at Line 163 e.g. as well.
Event masks are set as below.
I get correct event when link is terminated.
