Got it. Based on the readme in the connection_monitor example and the rtls agent read me (in the F2 SDK), the python version that should be used is Python 3.7. Can you try with this version? Does this behavior occur without any modifications? Can you narrow down the precise modification that causes this behavior?

Do you have the npi_cm_host.py script for connection_monitor corresponding to CC2642? If yes, please send it. The SDK does not provide this script, only CC2640 does, and it seems that the version is older and does not match the guide

My apologies, you are correct. The npi_cm_host.py script does require python 2.7. I don't think there is a direct equivalent to the npi_cm_host.py in the CC13XX CC26XX SDK.

The connection monitor demo for the CC2642 is found in the CC13XX CC26XX SDK. The example is included in the ble5stack example folder and the readme provides some guidance for running the actual demo.
