CC2340R5: How to prove that it runs at Security Mode 1 with Security Level 4

Excellent question.

As mentioned in the documentation I pointed you the other day (https://software-dl.ti.com/simplelink/esd/simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk/8.10.01.02/exports/docs/ble5stack/ble_user_guide/html/ble-stack-5.x/gapbondmngr-cc23xx.html#security-modes-in-a-bluetooth-le-connection), Security Mode 1 with Security Level 4 requires Authenticated LE Secure Connections pairing with encryption using Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman P-256 (ECDH) and AES-CCM encryption.

This configuration can be enabled by ensuring the device only accept pairing over LE Secure Connection with Authenticated pairing. The same can be set using SysConfig BLE > Bond Manager (see below).

To finish, I would like to add three remarks:

1- Security Mode 1 with Security Level 4 is achieved once the pairing operation is completed

2- You can use a Bluetooth sniffer to check the devices properly use a secure connection and authentication

3- Enabling the previous may limit interoperability with other devices. Devices not supporting secure connection or not able to authenticate won't be able to pair.
