In our working design, we are using only one BLE antenna for that we added matching Network of Z60-Z62. Why we need to populate C33, C34, L33, CR10, CA1, CA2 and J7. is there any technical reason. please let us know.

CA1 and CA2 is used to switch between the SMA connector and the integrated antenna. Also used as a DC blocking cap.
C33, C34 & L33 are used as a low-pass filter to reduce the level of Tx harmonics underneath regulatory limits.
CR10 is an optional ESD diode protection
Rajkumar,
It is mandatory to include C33, C34 and L33.
It is mandatory to include CA2 if you are using an antenna that is shorted to GND.
CA1 and J7 are optional but extremely useful to perform conducted measurements in your product, which are an essential part of the compliance tests - a mandatory step to release a product that is an intentional radiator.
