CC2640R2F: Bluetooth qualifications QDID and secure bootloader support

We are trying to find the best combination of FW that will suit our needs using CC2640R2.
 
For each of the following combinations we would like to know
- Is this combination Bluetooth qualified, and which QDID should we refer to in our qualification?
- Is this combination tested and verified working together with the secure serial bootloader interface including support for access through the bootloader backdoor?
 
The combinations we are looking into are:
 
BLE SDK version 5.30.00.03 and BLE5 stack
BLE SDK version 5.30.00.03 and BLE stack
BLE SDK version 4.30.00.08 and BLE5 stack
BLE SDK version 4.30.00.08 and BLE stack

    - QDID 176679 or QDID 176850 (for peripheral only mode)
    - tested and verified working together with the secure serial bootloader interface including support for access through the bootloader backdoor
    BLE SDK version 5.30.00.03 and BLE stack
    - QDID 180401
    - tested and verified working together with the secure serial bootloader interface including support for access through the bootloader backdoor
    BLE SDK version 4.30.00.08 and BLE5 stack
    - No active QDID for this combination
    - tested and verified working together with the secure serial bootloader interface including support for access through the bootloader backdoor
    BLE SDK version 4.30.00.08 and BLE stack
    - No active QDID for this combination
    - tested and verified working together with the secure serial bootloader interface including support for access through the bootloader backdoor
