PTD thermal sensors are essentially variable resistors controlled by temperature, therefore the same basic principles to a thermistor have to be used.

Although we don't have a specific application note to interface a thermistor with the CC2340R5, given that it has more than one ADC input you can use the topology shown in the application note below for our TMP61 NTC
