CC2651R3: Guidance on Development of Custom ESL Project on CC2651R3

CC2651R3: Unable to switch on CC2651R3 board in .syscfg file.

CCS Version:12.7

SDK Version: simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_7_41_00_17

We are working on CC2651R3 microcontroller for this we are using Project_Zero example code of CC2551P3.

We did all changes according to mentioned in this reference guide Running Software Examples on the CC13x1x3 or CC26x1x3

after changes build the project and we are getting any error but in project properties variant and core is still same i.e. CC2651P3 (Project properties ->ccs general-> device -> variant & core) as shown in below screenshot.

Also we are unable to select CC2651R3 name under Board section of .syscfg you can refer below screenshot.

Please guide us how to resolve this,

    Hi Aarohi,

    If you've followed all instructions from the Migration Guide then you should see the CC2651R3 LaunchPad selected both in the SysConfig Board View and inside the BLE or RF Design Modules.

     

    You will not observe any changes inside the Project Properties and you will not be able to use the SysConfig Switch tool, which is okay so long as you're able to build the project as the resulting images will be for the CC2651R3.
