CC2651R3: Unable to perform OAD using BTool

Part No.CC2651R3

SDK File:simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_7_41_00_17

As we are working on CC2651R3 we want to check OAD in that we are using project zero from sdk example project (CC2651R3  are migrated from CC2651P3)

and we went through this guide and follow all the steps mentioned in this Bluetooth Low Energy Enhanced Over the Air Download (OAD) Fundamentals

And we tried to perform OAD using BTool Application but we are getting following error, As shown in below image.

Please guide us how to resolve this,

    Hi Aarohi,

    Thank you for reaching out. To confirm, you have two launchpads correct? The one that connects to btool should have host_test. If that is the one you are using in btool, but you are seeing this message, then can you try resetting and re-opening the COM port in BTool?
