Hi Team,
What are the requirements for the matching crystal oscillator of CC2340R5-Q1? Such as accuracy, drive level, ESR, insulation resistance, etc.
Thanks!

Hi!
There are many things we should check for making sure that the crystal is well-matched for the device. Mostly, we should follow the automotive applications requirements.
From the datasheet, some important ones are the following:
1. frequency tolerance (temperature, aging, etc.) = the maximum tolerance should be around or less than +_ 50ppm from -40 to 125C (temp range for automotive use)
2. The recommended is that Rn is around 10 times the ESR (for the startup margin).
3. ESR is typically 10ohms to 60ohms.
4. drive level is usually/typically around 10uW.
5. For this component, if you are going to use the internal capacitor array, it is recommended to have a load capacitance of about 7-8pF, since the internal capacitor array has a limit from around 3pF to around 10pF for the load capacitance.
Thank you so much!

Thanks Cashmere. It's really helpful.
Could you pls help recommend several specific 48MHZ crystal brand and model? Thanks!
Hi!
Kindly refer to our crystal selection guide. There is a list of recommended crystals on section 6.
