LP-EM-CC2340R5: A code crash was observed during the startup of the operational firmware.

Tool/software:

I Have working firmware which is working in other hardware containing cc2340 MCU. But in this hardware same firmware is crashing? Can we get what could be possible error. We are using the LP-XDS110ET debugger to program and debug.

    Can you give me more details on what is your project setup? what is the application? Are you using one of our project examples?

    Hi Ivan, 

    • We are encountering an issue with our custom hardware equipped with the CC2340 MCU. It is important to note that the firmware built is functioning on all our custom boards, and this is the first instance of such a problem occurring on a single piece of hardware. We have utilized a basic BLE example project as a foundation and tailored it to our application's requirements (BLE in advertising mode), which has been operating successfully on all our custom boards except for this one particular hardware board where we are facing the issue.

    Please inform me if you identify any hotspots that I should investigate further to provide more information.
